Tectonic Change is a nonprofit. We help businesses and organizations identify barriers and decide what to fix first. Through website reviews, training, and presentations, we share what works, drawing on lived experience with disability.

Mission:

The specific mission of Tectonic Change shall be to bring the disabled and non-disabled worlds together by providing education, training, presentations, consultation, and resources led by people with lived experience of disability, so that businesses, organizations, and communities become accessible and usable by all people.
